This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for subscriptions and services offered by Odento Infolabs Pvt Ltd ("ComplyX," "we," "us," or "our") through our compliance management platform.

By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases or subscription commitments.

2. Subscription-Based Services

2.1 Trial Period

If we offer a free trial period for our services, you will not be charged during this period. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without incurring any fees.

2.2 Monthly Subscription Plans

For monthly subscription plans, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

2.3 Annual Subscription Plans

For annual subscription plans:

  • If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • If you cancel after the first 14 days but within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the subscription fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30 days from the start of your subscription.
  • For renewal payments, refunds may be issued if requested within 7 days of the renewal date.

3. One-Time Purchases

For any one-time purchases of specific features or services:

  • Refunds may be issued if requested within 14 days of purchase and if the service has not been substantially utilized.
  • Once a service has been utilized or delivered (e.g., document processing, compliance filing), no refunds will be issued.

4. Exceptions for Refund Eligibility

4.1 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues with our platform that prevent you from using the service and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion, regardless of the time frames mentioned above.

4.2 Service Unavailability

If our service is unavailable for a substantial period (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your subscription period due to our fault, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period or an extension of your subscription term.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Transaction fees, processing fees, or any third-party fees incurred in connection with your purchase.
  • Services that have been fully delivered or substantially used.
  • Add-on services or features purchased separately from the main subscription.
  • Any subscription canceled after the specified refund eligibility period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your ComplyX account and navigate to the "Billing" or "Subscription" section.
  2. Select the "Request Refund" option, or if this option is not available, contact our Support team.
  3. Alternatively, you can email your refund request to billing@complyx.app with your account details and reason for the request.

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

7. Cancellation Policy

Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but will not automatically generate a refund. To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your ComplyX account.
  2. Navigate to "Account Settings" or "Subscription Management".
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm.

After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
